Easy Returns Process
Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Certain items, such as personalized products or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@mymullies.com or call 1-855-525-GOLF (5253) to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Instructions: Our customer support team will provide you with detailed return instructions and a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
Ship Your Return: Follow the provided instructions to ship your return back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a MyMullies error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the original item and ship the new item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Personalized items
- Final sale items
- Items without original packaging or tags
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@mymullies.com or call 1-855-525-GOLF (5253). We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
